Gym - regardless of the season and weather, in our intimate fitness area you can continue your planned workouts or start your exercise adventure. With us, you will use professional equipment, which consists of:

Wellness Zone is a perfect complement to your stay at Złoty Horyzont. Our guests have at their disposal:

• outdoor pools, indoor pools, jacuzzi: 10:00 - 23:00 (for everyone until 21:00, until 23:00 only for adults)
• swim-up bar / daily from 10:00 - 22:00 / no children zone
• salt grotto / daily from 10:00 - 22:00
• saunas dry, steam, infrared: 10:00 - 22:00

Important: please bring towels and bathrobes from your room to the pool. If you need replacements, please report directly to the resort reception.

Kids Club is a place where every day is full of adventures and joy. Created with the youngest Guests of Złoty Horyzont in mind. The central point of the room is a space resembling a wooden treehouse. Inside the club, there is also a zone with colorful, soft balls where toddlers can dive and play without limits. Complementing this are interactive screens with logic and skill games for children of all ages.

Stay with a pet:

Tourist tax:

• local tax of 3.40 PLN / 1 person / 1 day (applies to stays longer than 1 day), payable on site at the resort.

Deposit:

• 500 PLN (upon check-in)

Dear Guests,
for your comfort and safety, we present the most important information regarding your stay at our resort:

Parking
During the holiday and New Year's period, advance booking of parking spaces is required. Please contact the Resort Reception directly: +48 753 753 373

Cleaning

• In the Main Building cleaning is done daily.

• In the Apartment Building, cleaning is available on request for an additional fee of 100 PLN.

Pre-authorization
During check-in, a pre-authorization of the payment card in the amount of 300 PLN is made. Funds are temporarily blocked as a security deposit for possible expenses, e.g., in the restaurant or SPA. Pre-authorization is not a charge – funds are released upon check-out.

Deposit
A mandatory deposit of 500 PLN is also charged to secure the resort against:

• damage or destruction of room furnishings or common areas,

• missing items (e.g., remote control, bathrobe, bottle stopper, towels),

• failure to return keys/cards,

• other costs incurred during the stay.

Check-in with children
According to the Act of July 28, 2023, persons traveling with children are required to present the child's identity document during check-in. Accepted documents at check-in include: ID card, passport, school ID, mCitizen app, Internet Patient Account, birth certificate, etc.

If a child is traveling with a person other than a parent, a written parental consent is required, e.g., in notarized form.
