If no prior declaration is made, the breakfast time will be assigned by Reception according to current availability. Important: please take towels and bathrobes from your room to the pool. If you need them replaced, please report this directly at the resort reception.

For kids

Kids Club is a place where every day is full of adventure and joy. Created with the youngest Guests of Złoty Horyzont in mind. The central feature of the room is a space resembling a wooden treehouse. Inside the club there is also an area of colorful, soft balls where little ones can dive in and play without limits. Complementing this are interactive screens with puzzle and skill games for children of all ages.

Dear Guests,
in the interest of your comfort and safety, we present the most important information regarding your stay at our resort:

Parking
During the Christmas-New Year period, advance reservation of spaces is required. Please contact the Resort Reception directly: +48 753 753 373

Cleaning

In the Main Building cleaning is carried out daily.
In the Apartment Building cleaning is available on request for an additional charge of 100 zł.

Pre-authorization
At check-in a pre-authorization of the payment card in the amount of 300 zł. The funds are temporarily blocked as a security for any expenses, e.g., in the restaurant or SPA. A pre-authorization is not a charge – the funds are released after check-out.

Deposit
A mandatory deposit in the amount of 500 zł is also collected, which secures the resort against:

damage to or destruction of room furnishings or common areas,
missing items (e.g., remote control, bathrobe, bottle opener, towels),
failure to return keys/cards,
other costs incurred during the stay.

Check-in with children
In accordance with the Act of 28 July 2023, persons traveling with children are required to present the child's identity document at check-in. Acceptable documents at check-in: ID card, passport, school ID, mObywatel, Internet Patient Account, birth certificate, etc.

If the child is traveling with a person other than a parent, a written parental consent is required, e.g., in notarized form.
