Dear Guests,
we inform you that the number of parking spaces at our facility is appropriately adjusted to the number of apartments. We offer two parking areas – outdoor and underground garage. However, each has a limited number of places, so we encourage you to make reservations in advance to ensure comfortable parking.
In the Main Building of the Resort, cleaning is done daily as part of the stay. In the Apartment Building, cleaning service is available upon request for an additional fee of 100 PLN.
Our Reception works from 06:00 – 00:00. If you arrive after midnight, we are available for you at the phone number: +48 533 355 426.
To ensure a smooth check-in process, in accordance with the Act of July 28, 2023 amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other acts, including the Act of May 13, 2016 on preventing threats related to sexual offenses and the protection of minors, we ask those traveling with children to present identification documents for the child during check-in.
Accepted documents include: ID card, school ID, passport, mCitizen, Internet Patient Account, civil status certificate, or other documents confirming identity and kinship. If the child is traveling with someone other than a parent, it is necessary to present parental consent in writing or notarized.
