IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Dear Guests,

please be informed that the number of parking spaces at our property is properly adjusted to the number of apartments. We provide two parking areas – outdoor and underground garage. Each has a limited number of spaces, so we encourage you to make a reservation in advance to ensure comfortable parking.

In the Main Resort Building cleaning is done daily as part of the stay. In the Apartment Building cleaning service is available on request for an additional fee of 100 PLN.

Our Reception is open from 06:00 to 00:00. If you arrive after midnight, we are available by phone at: +48 533 355 426.

To ensure a smooth check-in process, according to the Act of July 28, 2023 amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other acts including the Act of May 13, 2016 on counteracting sexual crime threats and protecting minors, we kindly ask guests traveling with children to present the child’s identity documents upon check-in.

Accepted documents include: ID card, school ID, passport, mObywatel app, Internet Patient Account, civil status certificate or other documents confirming identity and kinship. If the child travels with someone other than a parent, a written or notarized parental consent is required.
