Wellness area is a perfect complement to a stay at Złoty Horyzont. Our guests have at their disposal:

• Outdoor pools, indoor pools, jacuzzi / daily from 10:00 - 22:00 / 20:00 - 22:00 - adults only
• Swim-up bar / daily from 12:00 - 22:00 / no children zone
• Salt cave / daily from 10:00 - 22:00
• Saunas dry, steam, infrared / 16:00 - 22:00 (Mon - Fri) / 10:00 - 22:00 (Sat) / 10:00 - 13:00 and 16:00 - 22:00 (Sun) / 10:00 - 22:00 (high season, winter holidays, public holidays, summer holidays)

Important: Please bring towels and bathrobes from your room to the pool. Requests for replacements should be reported to reception.

Stay with a pet

• Price: 100 PLN / 1 pet / night

Local fee

• Local fee of 3.30 PLN / 1 person / 1 day (applies to stays longer than 1 night), payable on-site at the hotel.

Parking / garage

• Parking space: 45 PLN / day
• Garage: 60 PLN / day

The number of spaces in the outdoor parking and in the garages is limited. Please make a reservation.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GUESTS OF ZŁOTY HORYZONT

Dear Guests,
for your comfort and safety, we present the most important information regarding your stay at our resort:

Parking
The number of parking spaces has been adjusted to the number of apartments. We offer two parking areas for Guests: an outdoor lot and an underground garage. Both have a limited number of spaces – we encourage you to reserve in advance to ensure convenient parking.

Cleaning

• In the Main Building cleaning takes place daily.

• In the Apartment Building cleaning is available on request for an additional fee of 100 zł.

Pre-authorization
During check-in a pre-authorization of the payment card in the amount of 300 zł. The funds are temporarily blocked as a security for potential expenses, e.g. in the restaurant or SPA. A pre-authorization is not a charge – the funds are released after check-out.

Deposit
A mandatory deposit of 500 zł is also collected, which secures the resort against:

• damage or destruction of the room's furnishings or common areas,

• missing items from the inventory (e.g., remote control, bathrobe, bottle stopper, towels),

• failure to return keys/cards,

• other costs incurred during the stay.

Check-in with children
In accordance with the Act of 28 July 2023, persons traveling with children are required to present the child's identity document at check-in.

Accepted documents include, among others:

• ID card, passport, school ID,

• mObywatel, Internet Patient Account, birth certificate, etc.

If a child is traveling with a person other than a parent, a written parental consent is required, e.g. in notarized form.
