Złoty Relaks – Chill & SPA is an offer for those who want to slow down and recharge their energy in a peaceful, mountain setting. Autumn is the perfect time for regeneration – both body and mind. As part of the package, Guests will enjoy relaxing treatments in our SPA clinic, unlimited access to the wellness zone, and moments of tranquility on the scenic veranda or in our Lobby Bar.
Złoty Relaks - Chill & SPA includes:
- Accommodation in a comfortable apartment with a kitchenette and bathroom.
- Breakfast buffet - a daily celebration of taste and a good start to the day. Served as a rich buffet, it combines the freshness of regional products with a variety of options for every Guest.
- The possibility to purchase a dinner buffet for Guests of Złoty Horyzont Resort & Apartment Building.
Choose one of two treatments offered for adults:
- Aromatic Moment MA BOUGIE (50 min)* - Relaxing massage using a scented candle with body oils or Hot Stone Massage (50 min)* - Immerse yourself in a world of relaxation and harmony with a hot stone massage, which uses the heat of volcanic basalts to stimulate blood circulation and restore energy balance in your body.
Additionally:
- Welcome healthy snack from the Chef to the apartment - a healthy smoothie and fit vegetables to start the stay well.
- Welcome cosmetic from FitoSpa (one scented oil per room) to the apartment - a nourishing facial oil, a luxurious essence of beauty and lightness (product available while stocks last).

Meals
Every day of the week our master chefs serve a variety of dishes inspired by regional flavors and the preferences of our Guests. We prepare everything from hearty and nutritious meals to light and quick snacks. In the afternoons, at the Horyzont Smaków Restaurant, Guests can enjoy warm dinners inspired by the tastes of different nations as well as an original a'la carte menu.
- Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM (Mon-Fri), and until 11:00 AM on weekends / Horyzont Smaków Hall.
- Dinners from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM / Horyzont Smaków Hall
The Horyzont Smaków Restaurant is open from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Last orders are accepted until 9:30 PM.

Gym - regardless of the season and weather, in our cozy fitness area you can continue your planned workouts or start your exercise adventure. Here you will use professional equipment, which includes:

The gym is open daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Electric bike rental - the location of Złoty Horyzont is ideal for active leisure. Check out HERE some recommended bike trails. Bike reservations must be made a day in advance through our reception.

Horyzont SPA is a unique place that combines modern solutions and traditional relaxation methods. In our elegant SPA rooms, you can count on professionalism and an individual approach to your needs. We offer a wide range of treatments that improve mood, reduce excess stress, care for you, and are beneficial for health.

Important: please bring towels and bathrobes from the room to the pool. Requests for exchanges should be made at the reception.
For kids
Kids Club in the Main Resort Building is a place where every day is full of adventures and joy. Created with the youngest guests of Złoty Horyzont in mind. The central point of the room is a space resembling a wooden treehouse. Inside the club, there is also a area with colorful, soft balls where little children can dive and play without limits. Complementing the offer are themed evenings such as bedtime stories in the Kids Club, which is a time for movie fairy tales and animations led by experienced animators.

To ensure a smooth check-in process, in accordance with the Act of July 28, 2023, amending the Family and Guardianship Code and some other acts, including the Act of May 13, 2016, on counteracting threats of sexual crimes and protecting minors, we kindly ask those traveling with children to present the child's identity documents upon check-in.
Accepted documents include, among others: identity card, school ID, passport, mObywatel, Internet Patient Account, civil status certificate, or other documents confirming identity and kinship. If the child is traveling with a person other than a parent, a written or notarized consent of the parents is required.
"Złoty Widok" Room (4th floor, Apartment Building) with a ping-pong table, Pac-man arcade console, a fairy tale room, and children's animations on a selected day of the week. (Animation schedule available soon).

Cleaning service for apartments in Apartment Building
Important information
Dear Guests,
to ensure your comfort and safety, we present the most important information regarding your stay at our resort:
Parking
The number of parking spaces has been adjusted to the number of apartments. We offer two parking options for Guests: an outdoor parking lot and an underground garage. Both have a limited number of spaces – we encourage you to book in advance to secure convenient parking.
Cleaning
- In the Main Building, cleaning is done daily.
- In the Apartment Building, cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee of 100 PLN.
Pre-authorization
Upon check-in, a pre-authorization of the payment card for 300 PLN is made. Funds are temporarily blocked as a security deposit to cover potential expenses, e.g., at the restaurant or SPA. Pre-authorization is not a charge – funds are released after check-out.
Deposit
At check-in, a mandatory deposit of 500 PLN is also collected to secure the resort against:
- damage or destruction of room or common area equipment,
- missing items (e.g., remote control, bathrobe, bottle stopper, towels),
- failure to return keys/cards,
- other costs incurred during the stay.

Check-in with children
According to the Act of July 28, 2023, persons traveling with children are required to present the child's identity document during check-in.
Accepted documents include:
- identity card, passport, school ID,
- mCitizen, Internet Patient Account, birth certificate, etc.
If the child is traveling with a person other than a parent, a written parental consent is required, e.g., in the form of a notarized document.
