Every day of the week, our master chefs serve you a variety of dishes inspired by regional flavors and the preferences of our Guests. We prepare everything from hearty and nutritious meals to light and quick snacks. In the afternoons, the Horizon of Flavors Restaurant offers guests warm dinner meals inspired by the flavors of nations and an original a la carte menu.

Kids Club in the Resort's Main Building is a place where every day is full of adventures and joy. Created with the youngest Guests of Złoty Horyzont in mind. The central point of the room is a space resembling a wooden treehouse. Inside the club, there is also a zone with colorful, soft balls where toddlers can dive and play without limits. Complementing the offer are themed evenings such as bedtime stories in the Kids Club, which is a time for movie fairy tales and animations led by experienced animators.

To ensure a smooth check-in process, in accordance with the Act of July 28, 2023, amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other acts including the Act of May 13, 2016 on preventing threats of sexual crimes and protecting minors, we kindly ask persons traveling with children to present the child's identity documents during check-in.

Accepted documents include, among others: ID card, school ID, passport, mObywatel, Internet Patient Account, civil status certificate or other documents confirming identity and kinship. If the child is traveling with a person other than a parent, a written or notarized parental consent must be presented.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GUESTS OF ZŁOTY HORYZONT

Dear Guests,
for your comfort and safety, we present the most important information regarding your stay at our resort:

Parking
The number of parking spaces is adjusted to the number of apartments. Two parking areas are available to guests: an outdoor lot and an underground garage. Both have a limited number of spaces – we encourage you to make an advance reservation to ensure convenient parking.

Cleaning

• In the Main Building cleaning takes place daily.

• In the Apartment Building cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee of 100 PLN.

Preauthorization
Upon check-in, a preauthorization of a payment card for 300 PLN is made. Funds are temporarily blocked as a security deposit for possible expenses, e.g., in the restaurant or SPA. Preauthorization is not a charge – funds are released after check-out.

Deposit
A mandatory deposit of 500 PLN is also collected to secure the resort in case of:

• damage or destruction of room equipment or common areas,

• missing items (e.g., remote control, bathrobe, bottle stopper, towels),

• not returning keys/cards,

• other costs incurred during the stay.

Check-in with children
According to the Act of July 28, 2023, persons traveling with children are required to present the child's identity document upon check-in.

Accepted documents include:

• identity card, passport, school ID,

• mObywatel, Internet Patient Account, birth certificate, etc.

If a child travels with a person other than a parent, a written parental consent is required, e.g., in notarized form.
