IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GOLDEN HORIZON GUESTS
Dear Guests,
for your comfort and safety, we present the most important information regarding your stay at our resort:
Parking
The number of parking spaces has been adjusted to the number of apartments. We provide guests with two parking options: an outdoor lot and an underground garage. Both have a limited number of spaces – we encourage you to make a reservation in advance to ensure convenient parking.
Cleaning
- In the Main Building, cleaning is done daily.
- In the Apartment Building, cleaning is available upon request, for an additional fee of 100 PLN.
Preauthorization
Upon check-in, a preauthorization of a payment card for 300 PLN is made. Funds are temporarily blocked as a deposit to cover potential expenses, e.g., in the restaurant or SPA. The preauthorization is not a charge – the funds are released after check-out.
Deposit
A mandatory deposit of 500 PLN is also collected, which secures the resort against:
- damage or destruction of room equipment or common areas,
- missing items (e.g. remote control, bathrobe, bottle stopper, towels),
- failure to return keys/cards,
- other costs incurred during the stay.

The reception is open daily from 07:00 AM – 12:00 AM.

Check-in with children
According to the Act of July 28, 2023, persons travelling with children are required to present a child's identity document upon check-in.
Accepted documents include: ID card, passport, student ID, mObywatel, Internet Patient Account, birth certificate, etc.
If the child travels with someone other than a parent, a written parental consent is required, e.g. notarized.
