IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GUESTS OF ZŁOTY HORYZONT
Dear Guests,
for your comfort and safety, we present the most important information about your stay at our resort:
Parking
The number of parking spaces has been adapted to the number of apartments. We provide guests with two car parks: an outdoor and an underground garage. Both have a limited number of spaces – we encourage early reservation to ensure convenient parking.
Cleaning
- In the Main Building cleaning is carried out daily.
- In the Apartment Building cleaning is available on request for an additional fee of 100 PLN.
Pre-authorization
During check-in, a pre-authorization of the payment card in the amount of PLN 300 is made. Funds are temporarily blocked as security for possible expenses, e.g. in the restaurant or SPA. Pre-authorization is not a charge – the funds are released after check-out.
Deposit
A mandatory deposit of PLN 500 is also charged, which secures the resort in the event of:
- damage or destruction of room equipment or common areas,
- missing equipment (e.g. remote control, bathrobe, bottle stopper, towels),
- non-return of keys/cards,
- other costs incurred during the stay.

The reception is open daily from 07:00 to 00:00.

Check-in with children
In accordance with the Act of July 28, 2023, persons traveling with children are required to present the child's identity document at check-in.
Accepted documents include: ID card, passport, school ID, mObywatel, Internet Patient Account, birth certificate, etc.
If the child is traveling with a person other than a parent, a written consent of the parents is required, e.g. in the form of a notarized document.
