Every day of the week, our master chefs serve you a variety of dishes inspired by the flavors of the region and the preferences of our Guests. We prepare everything from hearty and nutritious meals to light and quick snacks. In the afternoons, the Horizon of Flavors Restaurant offers guests warm dinners inspired by the tastes of different nations and an original a la carte menu.

Important: please bring towels and bathrobes from your room to the pool. Requests for replacement should be made to the reception.

Kids Club in the Main Resort Building is a place where every day is full of adventures and joy. Created with the youngest Guests of Złoty Horyzont in mind. The central point of the room is a space resembling a wooden treehouse. Inside the club, there is also a colorful soft ball pit where toddlers can dive and play without limits. Complementing this are themed evenings such as bedtime stories at the Kids Club, which is a time for movie fairy tales and animations managed by experienced animators.

To ensure a smooth check-in process, in accordance with the Act of July 28, 2023, amending the Family and Guardianship Code and certain other laws including the Act of May 13, 2016, on counteracting sexual crime threats and protecting minors, we ask guests traveling with children to present the child's identity documents during check-in.

Accepted documents include: ID card, school ID, passport, mObywatel app, Patient Internet Account, civil status certificate or other documents confirming identity and kinship. If the child is traveling with someone other than a parent, a written or notarized parental consent must be presented.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GUESTS OF ZŁOTY HORYZONT

Dear Guests,
for your comfort and safety, we present the most important information regarding your stay at our resort:

Parking
The number of parking spaces has been adapted to the number of apartments. We offer two parking lots for guests: an outdoor parking and an underground garage. Both have a limited number of spaces – we encourage you to book in advance to ensure convenient parking.

Cleaning

• In the Main Building cleaning takes place daily.

• In the Apartment Building cleaning is available on request, for an additional fee of 100 PLN.

Pre-authorization
Upon check-in, a pre-authorization of the payment card in the amount of 300 PLN is performed. Funds are temporarily blocked as a security deposit for possible expenses, e.g. in the restaurant or SPA. Pre-authorization is not a charge – the funds are released after check-out.

Deposit
A mandatory deposit of 500 PLN is also charged, securing the resort in case of:

• damage or destruction of room or common area equipment,

• missing equipment items (e.g. remote control, bathrobe, bottle stopper, towels),

• non-return of keys/cards,

• other costs incurred during the stay.

Check-in with children
According to the Act of July 28, 2023, persons travelling with children are required to present the child's identity document upon check-in.

Accepted documents include:

• ID card, passport, school ID,

• mObywatel, Internet Patient Account, birth certificate, etc.

If the child is travelling with a person other than a parent, a written consent from the parents is required, e.g. in notarial form.
